Payment Plan:

Terms & Conditions

1. Payments can be made through Bank Draft/Pay Order/Cash in favor of Wah Hill City.

2. Installments received after the Due Date from the Allottee/Applicant will only be accepted along with extra charges @3% per month.

3. A single application form will be used to reserve One Plot Only. For more than one booking, separate forms will be used for each additional plot.

4. If an allottee fails to pay two consecutive installments within the prescribed period, the allotment shall be liable for cancellation.

5. 10% extra amount will be charged seperately for a Park Facing, 60/70/80 feet road.

6. 15% extra amount will be charged seperately for Main Boulevard/Corner.

7. This membership form is free of cost and discount on all categories will be given to only form holders.

8. Plot allocated for an applicant shall not be used for any other purpose other than applied/meant for.

9. Wah Hill City reserves the right to make adjustment, if need arises due to site constraints or change in town planning.

10. Applicant can only transfer the plot after the payment of up-to-date prescribed charges as per the payment plan.

11. In the event of Sale/Conveyance Deed Registration, all registration/mutation charges shall be borne by the allottee.

12. Transfer fee fixed by Wah Hill City Management stands payable.

13. The applicant shall be liable to pay development charges as and when demanded by the Management of Wah Hill City. Development Charges include Roads, Sewarage, Electricity & Overhead water Tanks.

14. The applicant will pay possession & demarcation charges whensoever applied for it.

15. In case of withdrawal/refund of an application by an applicant, 50% of submitted amount will be deducted as service charges.

16. In the event of Allotment cancellation due to Non-Payment or by allottee himself, Management of Wah Hill City reserves the right reserves the right to alot or sell the said plot to any other person. Hence the previous allottee shall have no right over the said plot.

17. In case of any dispute between Wah Hill City Management & a Member, the decision of Wah Hill City Management shall be taken as final and has to be accepted by the member.

18. Applicant must abide by all the rules & regulations in addition to any other procedural by-laws, Rules & Regulations governing allotment positions, Membership Construction & Transfer of Plot.

19. Company will adjust this member ship form on down payment, installment of plot, villas and apartment and up to 30% Discount will also the given to the form holders.
